I will probably be joining in the fun & games of month one's sashing for a pile of 12" exchange blocks - I was even thinking of attempting random  (my brain doesn't cope very well with making random, although I do like it's look)

Hi I feel sure that paper piecing will work. However, I cannot run the video. I think that would be helpful. I have tried
all 3 versions and still can't run it. I have seen them in the past. Advice?

Back to paper-pieced, month 1 and 2 are DONE!!! :D :D :D with 3 hours to spare before month 3. :D
I wonder what joys month 3 will bring. Can't say I'll wait up until midnight to find out. Or is it March 1 mountain time when we get new directions?
I think we will paper piece 36 New York Beauties... :D
I was thinking of staying up late too, so I can (hopefully) be finished before March 31 :D :D

Of course it is kind of funny this has landed in "Paper pieced?" because nothing on this quilt is even remotely paper pieced.

Thank you Norma. I was trying to put most of the story of that incredible event in the quilt more than I was trying to make a competition quilt. So it pleases me that it was juried in and lots of folks got to see it. I plan on submitting it to several shows.
