I googled how to make a stitch bible. Weallsew has Carol Ann Waugh's instructions. I have some light colored backing left over, so I will use it. I can use different colors of contrast thread. Anxious to get started!

I've got lots of plain white egyptian cotton, which I was thinking of cutting to folder (A4) size, overlocking the edges(maybe), then starching, stitching and writing the details on directly. Or somthing along those lines....

I plan on doing the little scraps of magic too. I want to do the stitch bible too. Are you going to use a stablizer when doing the bible? I think I will.

This looks like a great idea and I thought that it would do well to have a thread for it.

Before I get started on it I need to stitch out my machine stitch 'bible', but it gives me a format to aim for and then put altogether.
