Ritzy, I love the way, on your black background, that you have used bold fabrics of different colors on your stars. That is really a clever idea. I might have to follow your example. I hope you won't mind. Judy in AZ

For what it's worth, let it be known that I "don't do perfect"! Any member of the quilt police is forwarned, and can have a great time pointing out all my mistakes. With that said, I've have thoroughly enjoyed the PROCESS of making this quilt, and the wonderful sisterhood that we have developed by working on our blocks together, sharing our problems and our creative solutions. This quilt will always be a wonderful reminder of the FIRST project created with THE BOM SQUAD!

Heidi, Maggie, Margo- your blocks are great. I love your vase fabric Margo. It's just perfect. As for catching up Damaris and Sally-I'm with you on the couch. Got the leaves to do for Feb and then it will be finished! Not perfect, just finished!
Happy Quilting,

Heidi, love your vase! That inset is perfect!

Margo, your vase fabric is so cool! It would have been a shame to cut into it!

Sally, you have more done than me. I didn't start the Block of the Month until August. I only have the January block completed and am just now starting on February. I hope to catch up some soon. It is too hot here in Virginia to do anything but stay inside and make the blocks. Everyones blocks are absolutely gorgeous! Stay cool!

Heidi, Maggie, Margo--you go, Girls! All your blocks are just great. Margo, I don't call that lazy...that fabric was just right the way you used it. As for catching up Damaris---come join me on the under achiever couch. I have had to take several months off to work on my DD's wedding and now that they are off on their honeymoon I guess it is back to the real world for me! I have been keeping up through the posts with everyone else's wonderful work and now am really inspired to get back to this project. I had always planned on making a 9 block wallhanging myself so that knocks 3 blocks off automatically! hee hee! (Thats my story and I'm sticking with it.) Sally in HOT NE Ohio
