Dear fellow quilters;
It is a beautiful day here too! I read my morning paper, The Island Packet outside today. Dogs all stretched out in the sun:) Clara you reminded me of a short joke I just heard. . .do you know how the Amish capture Mustangs? They build a barn around it! LOL (I probably messed up the joke) Anyway, good luck with your deck! I am sure you will enjoy it!
Spring is here and moving up to the North; so hang in there ladies that live further north. I think spring moves something like 225 miles a week in the US?

Coleen..... You aren't the first nor will you be the last to mix things up. I put a rubber band around each of three sets of 28 and put them all in the same baggie. I am calling it my *senior* moment. ;-)

I mailed my HSTs yesterday, Feb 17, 2010. After re-reading (today)
requirements for sending the HSTs, I'm sorry to report that my total count,
485, is not divisible by 28. I included 3 baggies, of which 2 are
divisible by 28, but the third one is not. I'm sorry about this and hope
it doesn't mess up the work you & others will be doing to send back the
same amount of HSTs. If possible (and you want) I can send HSTs to equal
the number divisible by 28 that my third baggie lacked. Also, the PO put a
metered stamp on my return envelope. Again, I hope this doesn't mess things
up. I thought I had read all the messages regarding the requirements for sending,
but I evidently still screwed up several items.

This is my first exchange/swap ever & I know I'll do it again. It was so
much fun & I got carried away finding fabric from my stash & sewing. I
never sewed HSTs before because I was too intimidated, but not any longer!

Again, I'm sorry if I messed things up.

No, no, no, no, no. This is not going to work at all. I just got through purchasing 28 leaf blowers (special models that fit on the back) and the 28 portable project screens and the best part the 28 football players that (are extra beefy! :D ) are going to sport these blowers to help us with the sorting. Now I have to come up with another plan. Argh.

Not to worry, we will make it work. Clara :lol: :lol: :lol:
