Tracy, were you looking for a batiks only exchange? If yes, this is the wrong exchange. However you are welcome to join us as we are exchanging, batiks, prints, tone on tone and hand dyed fabrics. Clara

Clara,

I just meant that I'll be doing my triangles in batiks.

I'm so sorry, I just posted asking about a limit to the number of squares we can send, and forgot to include my name: Pat Glenn, Mesa, AZ USA

I signed up ... but didn't say how many blocks. I will send 308. Thanks for taking this swap on. What a task!

I have checked the Guidelines and am wondering if there will be a cut-off date to send our HSTs??? I'm waiting for the Superior thread I ordered online before starting to sew. I had no idea that the thread made a difference in piecing these. Guess there's always more to learn.

I would like to be included in the HST Exchange. I live in Osage, Iowa. I will make 112 for the exchange. Can't wait to get started! Just love her designs.

I just got off the phone with Edyta Sitar to give her an update on the exchange, the number and all the countries involved. She is as excited as we are and hasn't seen anything like this. There is a surprise. Edyta and her team are working on a surprise to be unveiled later. Hummm. Exciting stuff. By the way they are soooooo busy for some reason filling out orders and talking with so many about this exchange. She sounds very happy.
Clara :D

And I do have to add that Laundry Basket Quilts is doing an extraordinary job of filling the orders, considering the unexpected volume. I placed my second order on Jan. 22 and received my package in today's mail. They must be working round the clock in Michigan!
