susmcc - Measure your triangles on a roll and see if they measure 2 and 7/8 inch square, solid line to solid line. That is what ours measure. If so, then it work fine. Hope this helps!

Great show by the way!

We were just asking for increments of 28. For you that would be either 308, 336 or364 if you wanted to do some in the 300 range. Happy sewing. Clara

I would love to participate in the triangle exchange. My screen name is susmcc. I am from Vine Grove, KY and my name is Susan. As soon as I can get my hands on some triangle paper I will begin making triangles. Is it really ok to use any 2" triangle paper? I believe I have some Triangles on a Roll I could use. I would like to exchange about 300, but as stated in the guide lines I believe I would need to make 348 to be equivalent to the Laundry Basket paper amount. Please let me know if this is correct.

What fun!

Please add me to the list! I just joined TQS Today. I am a new quilter! The membership was a birthday present from my mom. She told me about the contest and I wanted to join in the fun! I took a class with her in August and made my first quilt.

Tracy, were you looking for a batiks only exchange? If yes, this is the wrong exchange. However you are welcome to join us as we are exchanging, batiks, prints, tone on tone and hand dyed fabrics. Clara

Clara,

I just meant that I'll be doing my triangles in batiks.

Tracy
I like batiks! Bring 'em. I'm doing batiks and some handdyed. Clara

I have checked the Guidelines and am wondering if there will be a cut-off date to send our HSTs??? I'm waiting for the Superior thread I ordered online before starting to sew. I had no idea that the thread made a difference in piecing these. Guess there's always more to learn.
