Hi to all my new friends in the US, this will be my last post for a while as we are now battening down for the largest cyclone in living memory to have ever hit the coast of Oz, it is already a category 5 and still developing. it looks as big as Katrina on the satellite photos. I have been through other cyclones but nothing like this one and I am very scared. If we come through this still with a house we won't have power for at least a week probably. Pray for us all.

Welcome to the Sisterhood of the Traveling Triangle Exchange. I think we are the only Traveling Triangle Exchange. There is some new ones popping up that are more specific fabrics and I believe one is searching for a name. No need to worry about telling us how many you are sending in. We basically will see when they come in. Besides with this exchange getting so big a lot of quilters have changed their mind and have gone to a higher number in hopes of getting one from each person. I am more for the variety of HSTs comming back rather than one from each swapper.... I need 644 and would like them as different as possible... don't think I will list 644 people's names on any quilt documentation.... rather I will count up the different names, different states, and different countries received back and record those numbers somewhere in the quilt documentation.
Anyway, back to sewing...

FluffBallQuilts OFFLINE Posts: 50	For each pair of fabrics I have used to make the HSTs are different... I have made 10 sheets so far and have used 10 different lights and 10 different darks. I hope this fits in with the swap as I thought it would add more variety than if I made 10 sheets with the same light and same dark fabrics. Glad to see some guy quilters joining in.
