Yes postage to Ireland from the USA has become very expensive too :(

Can I borrow that book Connie :D
Actually, I think it would be fun to circulate my autographed copy among the BOMers and have them sign it too! :D

Would it be horribly expensive to mail one book across the pond and down under? 8)

Great idea Connie, unfortunately for it to travel down under would be quite expensive (maybe more than your book is worth). :|
Postage for the BOM kit to come from the US was over $40.00. Sorry to disappoint :(

Well if everyone passed it on to the next in the same region (possibly adding a mug rug for that 'next'), the cost should be manageable. But depending on the number of stops it would take months, or even years until it gets back to you... 2-5 days for the mailing time for every stop - and who knows how often it will take more than a day or two to read, sign, repackage and pass on :P

Oh don't worry Connie it's probably the striplate method - and you have the book for that!
Rita, you ARE a cheeky girl!

'Impudent' was the word my teachers used in school! One of them came to my concert on Friday night - boy was that weird! She told me that she had worn her wedding suit to meet with my mother because my mum wanted to talk to her about telling me not to cough in class - I had a cough and this teacher thought I was just doing it to annoy her! Ah, those were the days.

So glad to help Barb! I also like to try new methods. You never know when you will learn something that works better for you than what you have been doing!! :D

It looks like Month 3 is the last of the elements that can be paper pieced for this project.
Does that mean that the star in a circle blocks for May are not paper-pieceable?
