06 Nov 2009 15:49 #40373

I was unable to order yesterday.
Today I was successful. Whatever the issue was, it seems to have been resolved.
YAY! I will soon have the DVD.

I do so envy those of you who already have Series 4. I have just tried to order it but the Shoppe won't let me. I have emailed for help so hopefully I will be able to order soon. Just when our postal strike is over too! Maggi

I loved 400 series... I have watched it FOUR TIMES since I got it... I also repeat several episodes... that I really enjoy.

My question is who was the end of season ALL STAR QUILTER this year... I really liked that feature and there was no one.

Did they stop doing that feature? Did they have someone in season 500? Since I can not connect to the show ( stupid dial up) I am just wondering.

Well, it'll take a little longer to paddle across the Atlantic. But I got confirmation that my parcel is on it's way within a couple of hours of placing my order. I have the feeling that Ruth is waving her magic wand again. :)

Oh my..... You mean Series 4 has been available on DVD for several days and I have not noticed?? I guess there is only one thing I can do........... order it right now.

It's situations like this when my bad memory comes in very handy: When I get the dvds, most of what I'll be watching will seem to be new. :)

I'm hitting the Shoppe right now to order one! I don't like watching the shows on the computer, it's much more comfortable to sit in the wonderful easy chair DH made for me and watch on the big TV.

I had never purchased Series 2 and 3 and when I was in Houston, I bought them plus Series 4. That was my big ticket purchase. Alex was kind enough to autograph them.

Thanks everyone. I guess it would be tough to choose just one. I'm going to treat myself to one a month til I have the entire library.....gotta have $$ in the budget to spend at my LQS too!!

I just ordered New Series #4 too! I have the entire TQS series, and recommend them all! I can't tell you how many times I reviewed a certain technique from a show. TQS just keeps getting better and better too. Now if we could just get "3-D" TQS....sigh....wouldn't that be something? (I've heard that's the next big innovation in home TV...without the glasses too!)

I don't think it matters what order you get them in. I just know that I've had to get all of them. Ordered series 4 today. They are well worth the money.
