Wouldn't miss it!

Last year I had a leg injury and didn't get to come at all. Boo Hoo! I'm being very careful in Sept and Oct this year!!!! ha

I second what Lynn said. Also, the excitement at the TQS booth is unbelievable. Be sure to wear comfy shoes and a great big smile.

To those of you coming for the first time: I wish I could see your faces the first time you walk in the Convention Center. It is mind blowing! Course granted, I've never been to any other big quilt Festival, but do plan to pace yourself as there is so so so so so much to see!

I am so glad to see so many familiar faces from the TQS blog are going to Houston. Congrats to Babrara & Bridget on quilts I acn't wait to see. I ahven't been to this blog for 3 weeks so it is good to catch-up on all the postings. Sorry UGH's but we will try to share the excitement of Houston wil you. This is my first time and I am so excited!

So glad that you will be there this year Ann. I was wondering recently if you would be there.

Bob and I will be there too. If I have to "hog tie" him to get him there. LOL He came two years ago and enjoyed it so I know he will come again. I will send you a personal e mail but count us in. Hugs, Ann

Put hubby and I on the table count! He came with me 2 years ago.....I know he enjoyed meeting and seeing Frances and Margarita's hubbys also.

Thank you, Frances. I'll remember that. Eileen suggested I reserve a room now and cancel if I can't go, but I figure that might jinx my changes of being able to go, so I'll wait.

Robin, If you find out that you can go, keep calling the hotels. I lucked out the first year I went and got a room one of the hotels because someone had cancelled. I didn't know how lucky I was until I tried to get a room the following year.

Margo, Bridget, and Eileen, I'm still hoping, but I probably won't know until at least September, by which time it will probably be impossible to get a hotel room. But, if I can go, it will definitely be worth the effort to find a hotel room. Barbara, I'm thrilled you're getting to go for the first time—you will have such a wonderful time! hopefully, Robin

I'm really looking forward to seeing all of you there. Greg and I were sorry to miss the dinner last year, and are glad to be going this year.
