Dawn & All thaks for the smilebox postings. They bring back warm memories of our time together and the joy that quilting with friends can bring to our lives. I am wishing a Happy Thanksgiving to all of you, a bit early, but with family coming life is getting busy and I may not get back on the blog much for the next week. Let us all be grateful for those in our lives who helped us develop our love of quilting. I am grateful to have you as my friends! :D :D :D

You are welcome! This was a learning experience for me, but now I am hooked. I have learned so much in the process! And, people like Margo and Mary (MaryRinWI) took the extra time to help me with the Smilebox. TQS members are always there for you whether it be for quilting questions, technical questions. computer questions, or much needed prayers! And, thanks to TQS for posting it where every one can see it! You are all very special to me!

Yes Terry I agree with you. Rosemary the boxes are wonderful and the contents are wonderful too - what a terrific gift! Dawn the smilebox really helped the UGHs. Thank you. Rita.

It was great to be able to see Rosemary's presentation boxes and all the blocks. The blocks were all unique. Rosemary, a big thank you for making the special boxes--you are so talented!

What a special group of quilters frequent this site!! Thank you so much Dawn for making the smilebox. I felt like I was "there!"

Well, let me just tell you....... Rosemary was stressed big time whilst those boxes were travelling. Knowing that sometimes things get delayed or (heaven forbid) lost, she couldn't relax until she knew that they had arrived safely.

Rosemary, you are one cool cookie and very talented girl!!

I SECOND THAT!! :D

 HAPPY DANCE! HAPPY DANCE! Fab, fab, fab Smilebox presentation, Dawn! So well done it brought tears to my eyes! Rosemary, your beautiful boxes were the perfect touch to all of the gorgeous thank you blocks for our two very special ladies, Debbie and Clara! What an amazing quilting journey this has been! And  , all because Edyta was a guest speaker on TQS and Ricky had the foresight to suggest we open up the forum for an exchange! Way to go, Ricky!

Many thanks to Dawn & Carol for making those 2 smileboxes possible, as Margo would put it, ' It is so darned cool 8) ' to see things I made up there with everyone & the other blocks as well, I'm going to have to print this one off!

Cheers & Hugs

Hi Shirly,

I want to teleport myself to Montana and try those Huckleberry Pancakes with both of you. Haven't been on the computer in several days so I just caught up with the blog. Finally got my sewing room organized and ready to get busy again as soon as all the family leaves from our Thanksgiving celebration. :D

Hi Maryjo,

My sewing room should be declared a national disaster area! Just made our turkey dinner today so next week I can focus on drawing SB Sue blocks and hopefully doing hand appliqueing during our Orlando trip coming up early Dec. Also need to make special Xmas gifts too. Have just loved seeing everyone's Houston photos so far and will post several of mine in a day or so.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL OF MY WONDERFUL SOTTT SISTERS AND BROTHERS!

Hugs forever,
Shirley
