Lotti, maybe we could persuade Ricky to find a little time and go on a trip on the Bernina Express. How far is Steckborn from where you are?

All of you train-by quilters had a fun time and I'm sure Ricky and Justin enjoyed it all too!

I am not sure if it will be posted on the daily blog or not, but Ricky has posted on Facebook and his website about our English quilting train-bys. Check out the link below. Mine was the first one so is at the bottom of the page. It was such fun to do.

It was such fun. It is impossible to explain to anyone outside of TQS why these things are such fun and so important. They just look at me as if I've 'lost the plot', either that or put it down to the excentricity of my time of life, lol. I can remember jumping up and down and shouting when I saw Hanne-Grete on the dock in Norway, I was so excited. I just wish the rest of you could have been with me at Reading station :(
