That turned out so beautiful! I love your choice of thread and panto! My only objection is to the word "finally". In my house, you can only use "finally" with projects that are several years old. This one took you almost no time at all! You are so talented!!

Thank you, everyone, you are all too kind! Lorchen, I'd love for you to come, it would be fantastic, but I have a funny feeling you would not want to miss Weihnachten mit deinen Enkelkindern... :D

Renata, I love your Holiday Lights quilt! It looks wonderful. Someday I'd like to make the tree part and figure out something other than applique for a creative border. That's what kept me from starting this quilt....that, and all the other projects I really do need to get finished!!!

WOW, WOW, WOW, Renata, I should seriously consider spending Christmas with you, so that I can snuggle under that beautiful quilt! :)

Your quilt is gorgeous Renata! I think mine will not get finished before Christmas--it is coming too fast.

Oh, Renata, what a treasure you have made! I'm going to be very lucky to get mine finished by Christmas - but if I don't, I'm way ahead of the game for next year!!!! Your quilt is just absolutely beautiful. Isn't it interesting how quilting thread can make a quilt sparkle in a special way! Thanks for your inspiration!
