Hey y'all... have you checked out the membership count lately.... we are nearing the magic number! It is at 41,929 :O)

I noticed that in the Search option there's a total, as well as an intro to the newest members. Some of the descriptions that are given are quite entertaining as well as what may be a great intro as to what to expect in the profiles. Unfortunately, not everyone has posted pix in the profiles.

I was wondering where the count went. This is the first time ever I've looked at My Account.

Carla, I agree with you. I never go to my account page. And like you said, above the log off section are our names, and we do know who we are. I wonder why they took it off. I really didn't pay attention and probably would have noticed sometime that something was different. Judy in AZ :?

no w that is just plain silly.... why would I go to the my account page more than once in a blue moon? And they know how we love to keep tally. I'd rather have my name disappear aboue the logout icon and have it there (after all, I know who I am!)

I understand the need for advertising, but maybe the membership tally could drop to the bottom of that sidebar?

Maybe Cap'n John can find a way to put the running membership totals back on the home page. That was always a good reference point. What do you think, Cap'n John :?: :?: :?: Judy in AZ

I wonder if it's because of the ads on the sidebar. As more ads appear, more of the other stuff may have to go.
Just a thought.

Carla,
I asked the tech staff that question today. It is now on your "My account" page. I can't remember the last time I looked at that page, I'd rather have it on the home page where I can see it everytime I log on.

I don't have pictures of most of the stuff I have done and the rest are in a box somewhere waiting to be excavated in some future archeological dig! Maybe now that I have gone digital I will remember to take pics?

I am one of those people who throws the rolls in a jar until I get to them and then gets side tracked. I just don't know which rolls they are on

AND I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE! LOL
