Wonderful finishes, Geneva and Beverly.

I love the colors and geometric design of your quilt, Geneva. From what I can tell, the quilting is straight line and sometimes decorative stitch on a diagonal? Would you tell us what you did there?

Beverly, must be nice to get a class project finished, especially one that takes so much attention to detail. Great job!

Geneva, it's lovely! What is the name of the Debbie Mum pattern? I have some batiks that would look great made that way. :)

Geneva, I think this is a great place to post your first finish. I love it. I think it's a great quilt. I think I should have made a resolution to make some quilts that don't take forever to finish. Besides that when you look at the design it's so peaceful and calm. Makes you understand the expression that less is often more. Thanks for sharing.

Wow Geneva, what a fabulous quilt! I really love everything about it. Congratulations on starting the new year with such a success. So I guess that means that you will be making about 2 a month from now on.

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this.

Here is my first finish for 2015! Yay! I started this after Christmas and finished it last Friday.

This is an easy Debbie Mum pattern. I made this for my oldest daughter and her soon to be husband.

I machine quilted it on Sybil, my Bernina 730. I used an entire 500 yard spool of Superior Thread. Yikes!

So this is one quilt on my to do list that is done!
