Everyone has a method for creating a double-wedding ring quilt and Debby Schnabel is no exception. She came up with this concept after struggling with different methods and it is truly her own. She created the quilt using 2" squares to form the rings and raw-edge zigzagged them into place. Debby says, "This technique was the perfect ‘recovery project’ for my carpal tunnel surgery!"

The San Jose Museum of Quilts & Textiles needs your help. A $1.4 million campaign began last year to pay off the Museum’s mortgage, eliminating the interest payments that drain resources. The Museum's mission is to produce the kind of visitor experiences that contribute to a vibrant, creative community.
The debt comes due in February, 2015. As of September 2014, they've raised 60% of their goal.
