The San Jose Museum of Quilts & Textiles needs your help. A $1.4 million campaign began last year to pay off the Museum’s mortgage, eliminating the interest payments that drain resources.  The Museum's mission is to produce the kind of visitor experiences that contribute to a vibrant, creative community.

The debt comes due in February, 2015. As of September 2014, they've raised 60% of their goal. Let's help them Realize their Dream to ensure fiber artists, art lovers, collectors, quilters, crafters, and local community members will always have a place to explore, create, experience, and celebrate quilts and fiber art.

This video highlights one of the Museum's programs, Quilts as Women's Shelter.  This is just one of the many ways that the Museum contributes and gives back to the quilting community.
