Not sure everyone appreciated the joke but I thought it was hilarious

I think y'all missed the boat again. Black and white are just basics that can be added to any quilt as backgrounds or whatever. Enough blah! Choose something cheery and inspirational or something that gets us thinking outside the box.

Not a fan of these, though I would have to go with black as I love color and it really pops on a black background...an d either black or white would be used for background, not color of the year!! I didn't care for the other colors, but I like them better than these choices! Kitty is NOT a color!

It is too funny not to be a joke

Kitty is not a color. It's a mixture of colors and it's a print. If Kitty was color of the year then from now on we could have any print under the sun with maybe 12 to 15 colors in it as color of the year. Makes absolutely no sense. And the two other choices black and white are what I call dumb. But I chose black.

The color of the year was chosen and planned for three or four years ago. It can’t be changed now.

The yellow was ok, not too bright. Who needs grey,
black or white as a color? Come on, after this year we need some fun and Joy. I'm already depressed enough.

Who are these people that think any of these colors would even think of being the color of the year!!!!!!!!

I liked the yellow and gray - they work well together. Why do we need a 'color of the year' anyway?
