Sometimes all it takes is a photograph and inspiration manifests itself. For Elizabeth Budd, the photo happened to be one she took of Santa Cruz, California in 2018. With a single shot, West Cliff Arch was born, and the amazing machine quilting, fused appliqué, and painting she did helped usher in Elizabeth's creation for the world to see.
