No Apologies by Laura Loewen and others (see names on sign below), of the Boulder Modern Quilt Guild, was featured in the Group & Bee Quilts category at QuiltCon 2020. Their goal was to create a spontaneous and cohesive quilt that was not "planned out." We think they did a great job.

Very interesting. I always try to have my students put together one or two of their blocs to see how they can blend together. Not very easy to convince them, at least in Europe.

Awesome, fun quilt. I adore these modern quilts as the rules are mostly thrown out and creative minds are free. I want to make my own now.

I see a pueblo, a bird, and part of a corn maiden. (Yeah, I'm one of 'those'.)

A great job. I have designed quilts with a group and it's not easy. But very rewarding.

:D what a joyous assemblage of scraps and people. I could look at this forever. Whoever gets to hang this in their home is lucky!
