Linda Waddle tried to save a failed sunprinting endeavor and used the opportunity to experiment using bleach and Procion dyes. We think her experiment ended quite well.

Sunflowers was on display in the Houston International Quilt Festival 2018 as part of the Surface Design exhibit.

It is easy to see why she wanted to save this quilt--it must have taken a lot of time to create. I love the pattern. The repair came out wonderfully

Wow! I wouldn't tell anyone that I was starting from quilt that needed saving. I would tell people that I designed it that way from the start. Amazing quilt.

Amazing experiment. This quilter knows how to correct her problem.. Don't know what it looked like before but love what it looks like today.
