I loved these boxes when I first saw them at a show, but they are super expensive. I found Cutterpillar and bought two, including a cordless one for less than the price of the small lightbox. Cutterpiller for the win.

toBDaniel sending one email to a company may not work. You don't know if it was read nor if the message was passed on to appropriate personnel. Try repeated emails and look up the companies information and if they have Customer Service try again. Sadly Customer Service isn't what it should be even if you happen on a phone number it may not be followed up. Too often you have to be the squeaky wheel to get attention. Good luck!

To BDaniel: Just a thought - If you want to look for another cord to use if you need to use your lightbox before you can order one from the company, this might work: it looks like the end of the power cord going into the lighbox is a micro usb type plug. It should be the standard size for a micro usb. Check the cord you use when you charge your cell phone. It should have a micro usb plug (the end that goes into your phone) and a regular plug on the other end that you can plug into a wall outlet or surge protector. I'm sure it's probably quite a bit shorter than the cord that came with your lightbox, but you can probably use a UL approved drop cord to make it longer. I hope this can help.

Very cool! I think it's time for me to give up my lightbox that's something like 3 - 4 inches tall. I'm heading over to the shop!

I have one and loved working with it, but on my last move lost the power cord. I have sent a email to the company 3 weeks ago and have not heard back from them! Guess I have given them enough time to respond. Will see if I can find another way to get a replacement cord ☹️
