I am always looking for inspiration wherever I can...and as the universe was listening, I got an invitation to visit a local quilter. I was surprised to come face to face with my dream home when I was in my 40s...a beautiful, as in majestic beauty, log home. If you have ever dreamed of one of those log homes where the logs look liked they were dragged by draft horses and carved by craftsmen...well that is where this quilter lives and stitches. Terri Kirchart is a prolific stitcher, and I am always inspired by not only her stitching, but also by her ability to keep up on all her projects. Isn't that what we all need and want...a friend who inspires us to get moving on our stitch projects! Terri is a fan of Sue Spargo projects and is a quick learner when it comes to the stitches that Sue uses in her creations. I love having photos of her projects because I can use them as a reference for stitch combinations that I might want to use. I hope you will be inspired by her projects. Also you can get the kits or patterns on http://www.suespargo.com/index.php. Have a great stitching week and pay attention to what your stitching friends are up too...there might be inspiration there!
