We understand that some TQS members have been having problems with the size of the images in the TQS Newsletter. Are you one of them? We'd love to have you send us some information to help us pinpoint where the problem lies.

Please send us an e-mail at customerservice@thequiltshow.com with the subject line - TQS Newsletter Image Problem. PLEASE DO NOT REPLY IN THE COMMENTS SECTION.

Please include the following information:

What platform are you viewing the newsletter on? (For example, Windows)

What type of device are you reading your email on? (For example, iPad)

What service provider do you use? (For example, ATT Wireless)

What OS are you using (include version number)? (For example, Mac OS X El Capitan version 10.11.6)

What mail package are you using (include version number)? (For example, Outlook for Mac Version 15.30)

If you can send us a screenshot of the image, that would be great as well.

The puzzles are only thing I receive that are giant size and out of focus (blurry). I use a laptop and this was on Google Chrome,
