After seeing the video, I am even more in awe of the workmanship of the quilt. It appears to be one of the most perfect quilts I;ve ever seen. Waste no want not must have been the makers motto.

I am amazed at the color selection available from the uniforms of the soldiers at that time. Also the level of accuracy, cut with a scissors and done by hand probably. I would have trouble if the pieces were cut by an accuquilt and sewn on a machine. It is beautiful.
