"Since my first visit to Japan, I've been in love with the playfulness of Japanese prints. Patricia Belyea assembles fabrics in fresh yet simple arrangements, some of them wonderfully quirky. The book is elegantly styled and should inspire reads to experiement with colour." - Kaffe Fassett

Beautiful fabrics. I'd love to work with these.

One gift for sooo many entries? might have been more magnanimous to give several smaller gifts so that more people could happily win. Why does it always have to be a big gift for only one? There are so many of us who would love even a small win.

That fabric is so beautiful! Thanks for the chance to win it. The fabrics stacked on the chair look particularly enticing, too.

I love going to the big quilt show in my area...PIQF. Getting up close to the entries from Japan is one of my favorite things to do there. The beauty of the stitching, color shadings and combinations and absolutely gorgeous designs always just blows me away.
I haven't done any quilting for about 7 yrs now and I think if I should be lucky enough to win it could be the spark that would finally kick my creative mind back in gear.

I am absolutely in love with all Japanese fabric. My stash is significant but one can never have too many fabrics or too many inspirational books.
