We've been working around the clock to find a solution to the iPad problem and we think we've found one, but we want you to give it a try.
 
Star Members, if you had a problem with your iPad Pro when watching a show, please go to Show 2107 and see if it now works for you. We've changed the format of the captioning file to be more compatible with the Vimeo software. If we determine that there are no more problems, we will convert the other captioning files as well.

I have an IPad air2 and I am also having the videos stop and repeat over and over.

Until I did an iOS update last week I hadn’t had problems viewing videos. Now videos repeating section. I found the instructions for trying the Bethanne Show - still problems. I’m sure my problem is with the “repeat 15” button but can’t stop it. No problem on my desktop.

I use a little known tablet and never was able to watch the videos on it. My subscription has run out now, so I tried one of the free shows and it worked fine. Curious to know if what was changed has been changed on all the shows?

I have an iPad Air2. Just watched the show with Pepper Cory. It kept backtracking,,s ometimes 4 times then would go on. Is this one of the shows not converted yet?
