Would You Call This "Highlighted Quilting?"

Whatever you call it, call it a 1st Place winner. Liz Jones, of Leominster, United Kingdom, created the quilt Ground Cover, 73" x 73." It won 1st Place Wall Quilts - Stationary Machine Quilted at Spring Paducah 2017. Take a look at how she outlined the quilted areas that produced the ground cover. Fun!
