Sheila Frampton Cooper had just started quilting less than 2 years before she made this quilt. It was in a special exhibit juried by Ricky Tims and was placed right across from the TQS booth at Road to California. Alex knew Sheila as Zoombaby on our site and loved her and her work. The quilt, Sunset Cinema, came home after the show was over.

Sheila is featured in Show 1306. Star members can watch her no-pin curved piecing.

Love it! I would have wanted to buy it too, but I'm more excited about making one of my own. I love the contrast and the quilting.

I thought that it was huge hanging up but when she was holding it, it is a wall hanging size. It is really stunning, Alex!!

Some things in this life just have our names on them are we are meant to buy them. Just my opinion, but it would be rude to ignore that reality. :D

Alex, you made a great purchase, and that is indeed a well designed masterpiece. Very colorful and I like this artist's work.
