I think she said she sprinkles her 'confetti' on a white material and then covers with Tulle . Is that correct? I should think in the black background areas it would be black ..... did I misinterpret?

I remember the Simply Quilts episode with this woman, where she demonstrated her confetti technique in a beautiful landscape. It was very impressive. It looks like she has added some new techniques with the long arm. I think I remember her using a domestic machine before. It would be great if they could do a whole TQS Show with her!

I have been looking for her book but to no avail. I LOVE her technique !!! Keep going Noriko !!
