Congratulations to Janet. I have an authentic large tent quilt which I bought at a little shop in Cairo in 1993. I didn't know what I fell in love with at first sight but learned more the next day as we walked some of the alleys and saw men making new quilts. Then we asked more questions about my quilt. It was one that had really been used as a second "wall" in a tent out on the desert. Tho quilts were usually made by men not women, I believe. ~Pat
