Do you hate it when you unfold your quilt and there are those horrible creases distracting from its beauty? Alex shows you how to fold your quilt so that it won't happen again. Alex was surprised she hadn't seen this approach before and wanted to share the method with you.

Isn't it great! I've been folding my quilts on the bias for several years. It really helps when they have to be stacked for hauling them around. NO creases!

I would *LOVE* to have the pattern for your pretty r/w/b quilt. I make a LOT of veterans (donation) quilts. Thanks.

Becky Goldsmith demonstrates something similar in folding a quilt and she calls it the burrito method. All folds are made on the bias. I have been using her method for a couple of years and it really makes a difference. thanks for another way to fold quilts on the bias. Know there are still a lot of people out there who are not aware of this method.

I learned this method at a trunk show several years ago. You may also consider rolling a quilt on one of those swimming pool floating tubey things. This works well if the quilt has bead embellishments.

Great help. What about quilts that I have hanging on a ladder, is it better to keep them folded the bias way you demonstrated?
