iPad & iPhone Video Problems

(It Does NOT Affect Computer Viewing)

 

If you can delay updating to IOS 9.3 it will help with your watching videos on TQS with your Apple mobile devices. The new update from Apple caused an error for Vimeo (our show video hosting company) that stops videos that are embedded in websites from working. 

 

You may get a screen that looks like this:

 

 

 

However, if you see a button that says "Watch on Vimeo" you can click the button and still watch our show. 

 

We apologize for the problem, but it is between Apple and Vimeo and we are sitting helplessly on the sidelines waiting for these 2 giants to get it fixed. If you have a show you want to watch and don't see the "Watch on Vimeo" button, email us at tqscustomerservice@gmail.com.

I used to be able to air play show videos but recently tried to catch up on missed episodes only to discover that option is no longer available to me--the symbol to select that option is missing. I am still using an Apple box on my tv and have not intentionally changed anything. I am still able to watch videos on my iPad and I am able to AirPlay TQS YouTube trailers. Can you explain/advise. Thanks.

The early heads up about this glitch was so helpful. Because TQS posted the information about the apple 9.3 glitch, I have been deferring the update and so have had no problem viewing the show on my iPad or on tv via Apple box. Hope Apple problem is fully resolved soon. Thanx TQS tech support!

The Click Vimeo button doesn't work with my IPad. Apple and Vimeo please clear this up, I miss my Quilt Show.

The Vimeo link doesn't work on my desktop computer.

This does not work on my laptop computer! I just rejoined today and I'm not happy with the fact I can't watch the video of the shows.

This upset between Vimeo and Apple hopefully gets settled soon.
