A wonderful traditional applique design will surprise you when you get up close. Judy Mathieson was the featured artist at Quilting in the Garden in Livermore, California.  Her quilts looked fantastic up in the 400 year old oaks and in front of the Garden Center.  (More from the show coming soon.)
