Quilt artist, teacher, and author, Katie Pasquini Masopust let TQS behind the scenes of one of her color theory classes.  Katie discussed the workings of a color wheel, different types of color schemes, and the components that make up different types of compositions.  The participants had a great time playing with hundreds of 2 1/2" squares which they used to make color wheels and compositions.

Have you ever taken a class on color?  Did you find it useful to your quilt-making process?  What was the most important thing you learned in the class?
