That is great, Sierra! I'm so far behind. We have spent the past several months rehabbing my husband's late father's house and moving into it. We still have boxes to unpack, and now about two months ago, I ended up in the hospital, spent 4 days in a coma, and now I'm going through chemo treatments.
I'm doing really well, and finally had a friend and another woman come help putting my sewing room together, and am starting to sew again for the first time in months!! I'm hoping to get some things down, and get back to this.
19 blocks done and 1 to go... bring it on! I went scrappy using fabrics from my stash.This has been an educational experience for me on quilt block construction and values.
Im loving this quilt, i grew up with Little House on the Prairie as my favourite TV Show. I am up to date with my blocks and look forward to the new one each month. I am going to quilt the blocks individually and join as a Quilt As You Go project. I shall try to figure out how to upload a photo at some stage. Thanks Ricky for this Pattern
I keep trying to add a photo of my flying geese, but it doesn't seem to be happening. Either that or in the morning there will be about half a dozen posts with my flying geese.
