Ricky starts the show with decorative stitches and free-motion yarn stitching. He and Alex are then joined by Jane LaFazio, who came to quilting with a graphic design degree and a passion for sketching and watercolor. Jane shows you how to add surface design to your fabric and how to machine needle felt wool roving, sheer fabric and ribbon to create a stunning fabric base which can be further embellished with beads, sequins and embroidery.
