Poppy - This is one of my newest designs soon to be available.

She - Inspired by Proverbs 3:13-19. The creative journey is a life-long adventure. What an incredible year-long journey it has been! I smiled, I cried, I learned more about myself. I'm grateful.

Sunny - This is a fun project from Susan Carlson's book, "Serendipity Quilts", using a glued fabric collage technique. It is a great way to play with value and colour and use up all those tiny left over scraps. The outside rays were foundation paper pieced and one has some Ricky Tims hand dyed fabric.

Anjou Pear - This quilt was hand painted in a great workshop with Anna Buzzalino at my local guild.

Two of us #2 - Made 2 quilts in different colorsfr each of my 2 oldest daughters

Lauren's Graduation quilt - This quilt is made from all different Aunt Gracie fabrics. It is hand appliqued with hand embroidered embellishment.

Deep Sea Mardi Gras - I designed and machine embroidered this quilt for my guild challenge, which was to use the Jane Sassaman red/yellow and purple/green gradated dot fabrics and beads. I appliqued/embroidered all the fish directly onto the unpieced background, using a number of Jane Sassaman fabrics that coordinated with the challenge fabrics. Then I sewed the border/binding to the back of the quilt and then machine appliqued to the front. Then I dressed up the fish for a party by applying over 1000 hot fix crystals and beads.

Fiesta - Winding Ways quilt started in April 2011 completed January 2014. Used Batiks and prints.

Spring Showers - Paper-pieced quilt with a 3 dimensional wing on the duck, ladybug and water drop buttons.

Show and Tell - This is a diptych created by two friends. Sharon Wiley Hightower created the left half and Mary Pavlovich created the right half. The design is based on observation and photos of Show and Tell at our quilt guild, our most popular activity.

Is This Heaven? - Without measuring anything, and barely using a ruler, I randomly set some old corn blocks I found in my stash (based on Ruth McDowell's Pieced Vegetables-Corn!) I entered it in the Minnesota State Fair and won a blue ribbon and "Best Minnesota Themed Quilt," even though I was thinking about Iowa when I made it!

Celebrate Spring - Orignal batiks pieced together in a naive manner to represent youth and beginnings.

Spring Has Sprung - This little quilt was donated to the Alliance for American Quilts in 2010 and auctioned off.

Spring Arrives on Wings of Gold - I love Goldfinches and wanted to picture them without the usual thistles.

Lollipop Trees - Hand appliqued and machine pieced and quilted. All Kaffe Fasset fabric.
