A garden for Emma - This was made after taking two classes with Ricky Tims,my grand daughter liked the flower I made in the first class and wanted a bed quilt with them on. I then used the dancing blocks from the second class to design the quilt.
orange hibiscus - This design is based on my sketch of hibiscus blooms in my yard and begun in a workshop taught by Ruth B McDowell. I was inspired by the deep colors of the flower's centers and the white veins throughout the petals. Although the original hibiscus blooms were pink, I decided to use orange fabrics in the quilt. It is completely pieced using a variety of commerical fabrics and machine quilted, finished with a hidden binding.
Zipadeedooda - Made mainly from my late Dad's jeans. He was a farmer and suddenly died on his tractor on way home from the pub. He would've laughed at my block choice!

Maisie's Daisies - This is another quilt I fell in LOVE with the moment I saw it. My whole family "fought" over it - but my sister and her new husband who were married this summer "won".
Romance In Bloom - I fell in love with this quilt the moment I saw the pattern. I purchased a kit from shabbyfabrics.com. this is one of the few quilts I've actually kept for myself instead of giving away.
Max's Baby Quilt - This quilt is out of Minkee - I used traditional Trip Around The World as a basic for this pattern. Machine Embroidered hearts are in many of the squares.
