Any day fishing.... - Purchased pattern and border fabric in Calgary Canada. Wall hanging was gift to my ardent fly fishing husband. Ends of hanging rod are fish handmade in 20 different woods; commissioned and made by a friend.

Peacock Star - This is my first totally hand pieced and hand quilted quilt. It is based on the pattern "Brilliant Cut" by Candy Goff which I found last year on the AQS web site. The inspiration was a dark blue, gold and turquoise peacock feather fabric that I had in my stash.

Jodi's 40th Quilt

Jodi's 40th Quilt - Alternating blocks of nine-patch and hand appliqued, needle turned, butterflies, using reproduction and antique 1930's and 1940's prints and hand dyed fabrics. The borders are scalloped and the quilting was quilted on a Nolting, with the butterfly motifs derived from tracing the applique pattern. It took 1 year to complete.
