Shimmer - This piecing of this quilt is my own design based off of permutations from the Drunkard Path. I wanted a border design where I wanted to show off the quilting. The quilting is machine non regulated and is an original design by Carol Selepec.

Let Me In
Name of Maker: Jodi Scaltreto
Let Me In - Paddy the cat was taken by his owner Tom Rumble who let me use the photo to thread paint. I had fabric that showed an outdoor scene that resembled the photo. I have many pictures of this beautiful cat and I will probably do more of him.
Folk Art Nine-Patch
Name of Maker: Jan Parker
Folk Art Nine-Patch - I fell in love with this pattern in one of my quilt magazines. I kept opening it up to that page and staring at it again and again. I finally just ordered the kit. I really can't remember what the name of this pattern was but I sure enjoyed making it. Very fun!
Fig

Fig

Name of Maker: Jodi Scaltreto
Fig - I used a photo of Fig taken by Gail Druker Illman of her daughter's cat who passed away. It is thread painted and appliqued onto the background. Free motion quilted using a domestic machine.
Pumpkin Patch Throw
Name of Maker: Jan Parker
Pumpkin Patch Throw - I made this awhile back. It is all needle-turn applique and was really a difficult time all around. Although I tried to plan which pumpkin was under another, I kept having to undo so I could tuck something under it. Very frustrating. But it is done and quilted! Probably won't do another!
