William caught fishies!
Name of Maker: Carrie
William caught fishies! - When Alex introduced this quilt I just knew it had to be for my son-in-law, William. Since we needed to have our quilts done this October, I knew it would make the perfect present. My vision is still not complete for this quilt, I have my daughter sending me pictures of the family fishing in the lake behind their house in Arizona and fishing pictures from their home in Kentucky, I am going to quilt postcards of the pictures and one of a cactus, to applique near the water. I will be giving a real fishing pole to William to hang his quilt from, the line the fish are hanging from will have a loop to go around pole. This has been a fun project!
