The Souls Among Us - This quilt was started on January 1, 2011. I wanted to make a tree quilt. During 2011 and 2012 our family had several deaths and births. This quilt grew from the emotions of those events. I struggled with this quilt, but never gave up! I guess that is what life is about!

Puzzle Me Not - I created this quilt when I was writing the pattern for this design. My original quilt in this design used Sherbet Pips fabric by Aneeley Hoey for Moda. I wanted to see how the quilt would look in (almost) all solids. For this quilt, the only prints in the top are the green and white stripe and the binding. This quilt was accepted to the quilt show at QuiltCon in (Austin, TX) February 2013!
