marilynf Iris Garden - This quilt was made as part of a group quilt with Sub-Q Quilters. Each person made a complete quilt from a pool design Desiree Habicht adapted to a quilt section. Each person was instructed to do in their own style and add an element of their choice. Completely fused from hand dyed fabrics and enhanced with painting. My element was the Hummingbird. Bottom of the quilt has hand embroidered and beaded ferns. Stenciled spheres were also added to the top area of the quilt
