Lily's quilt - Baby quilt made with 30's reproductions and chenille, quilted using freehand flowers.

Protecting Our Treasures - This quilt was made to bring a smile to anyone suffering with Breast Cancer. My sister, Susan, as a doctor, sees these women all the time and I wanted to bring a little laughter to their day. It is hanging at the Breast Diagnostic Center in Webster, TX. I altered the pattern slightly by adding the pink Breast Cancer Ribbons in the corners. It is fused applique, machine pieced, and long arm quilted.

Mark's Quilt - Can't remember the name of the block, it is a strip quilt. It is also huge, made to fit a king sized bed with pillow coverage and drop. This quilt was made to be used and loved. The picture only shows 1/2 of the quilt, it was too large to hang for pictures without folding in half.

Christmas Lap Quilt - Made with all flannels, this flannel was thick and really warm. I really should have put a real thin batting in it because it was to warm for Missouri. I gave it to a friend as a moving away present, she moved to Nebraska so it worked out ok with the batting. :-)

Pinwheels - Idea was from a quilt in Fons and Porter magazine, Made a little different in size. Renee quilted this so beautiful. It has a design over each pinwheel and swirls over the stipes of lavender. it is twin size

christmas quilt - This is a quilt I made when I was just trying out machine piecing. It is my first attempt. I hand quilted it as I was far too scared to attempt machine quilting at that stage. I remembe I was pregnant with my first daughter Molly, so it reminds me of those child free quitling days :) I have called it my christmas quilt as it was around that time of year and the colours are christmassy :)

Hearts for Molly - This was Made for my eldest daughter Molly when she was 5. it is machine pieced and has a hand quilted love heart on each square, so when she is sleeping underneath she has all those love heart to keep her company.

Milly's butterfly chase - I asked my youngest daughter to pick a quilt out of one of my magazines....( I have a few : ) she chose this one. I almost thought about trying to discourage her as it was a bit scary, but I thought I would give it a go. I changed the 4 middle block to applique as the original design was pieced with the same pattern continually. I also added some extra applique butterflys randomly on the quilt.. the quilting also reflecting the path of butterflies with the random design. My daughter slees with it every night and still spends many days chasing butterflies. I love it and hope yo will to.

Converging Lilies - Machine appliqued fabric lilies and sunflowers and three-dimensional silk lilies onto a background from Ricky Tims' Harmonic Convergence pattern. Bead embellishment.

STARS - I LOVE DOING APPLIQUE, SO THIS QUILT WAS FOR ME. I DESIGNED THE BORDER USING THE FLOWERS FROM SOME OF THE BLOCKS. I MACHINE APPLIQUED AND MACHINE QUILTED THE QUILT ON MY BERNINA USING THE BSR FOR THE STIPPLING

Nursery Rhyme Baby Quilt - I just used a panel and the broder print.

Sweet Scents at Sunrise - I wanted to make a bright quilt to cheer me up after the doldrums of winter.
