No, this pattern is a Judy Niemeyer pattern, and she does give the designer credit above, where she states that is it by Quiltworx, which is Judy's company. Jacquiline makes some pretty cool patterns, and many are similar in looks to this quilt, I can see how you can be mistaken.
I have wanted to make one myself but haven't jumped in yet. However after seeing this gorgeous quilt I believe that I am going to give it a try.
