It was created from photo to sketch to fibre using a reverse bobbin stitching technique to transfer the design to the quilt surface. The colour/detail was then filled in with acrylic paint and thread painting. This piece sold in 2012 at a Cafe Gallery in Okanagan Falls, BC Canada. |
