WillowHillQuilts Plume Garden Screen - I designed this quilt to be entered in the Timeless Treasures Stitch Star Challenge. We had to use at least 2 fabrics from their Plume or Crush line of fabrics. I decided on a Japanese Shoji screen for the basis of the design. I used both sides of some fabrics to allow more contrast and to be ble to suggest grass, rocks & water, since most of the fabrics are the same value. Each of the four panels were constructed and quilted separately and then joined together. I was honored to have it chosen as one of 15 finalists.
