Roman Tiles - I used the St. Mark's Wallhanging pattern started in a Norah McMeeking workshop but split the circle and turned the quadrants. Then I adapted Roman tile foliage designs for a quilting pattern to fill in the black silk/cotton areas. After quilting I painted with a touch of Lumiere paint to emphasize the design. Center star, borders, corners and quilting all my own design
