Jack in the pulpit quilt

Jack in the pulpit quilt - I made this quilt in 2010 for my best friend Gloria's wedding gift. I used the Jack in the Pulpit pattern found in McCalls Magazine Spring 2009 special issue, Celebrate Your Stash. It was a very well written pattern. I didn't have any issues piecing the top. I had only been quilting two years and I was self taught. I quilted it very simply. I was still very new at quilting and this was such a huge bed quilt. I quilted it on my 30 year old domestic Kenmore sewing machine.
